Support Chops Change when agents get messages
By default, agents get new ratings at 4pm in their own time zone, with a reminder at 4pm the day before their Please dispute by date. Ratings that can't wait until 4pm go out right away.
Send every rating right away instead
- Open Dispute's Home tab and click ⚙️ Team settings.
- Next to When agents get messages, click Change.
- Choose to send ratings right away and save.
