Getting started
What Dispute does and how to set it up.
- What is Dispute?Dispute gives your support team a fair, simple way to dispute the scores agents are judged on, starting with CSAT ratings from Zendesk.
- I'm not a Zendesk admin: who connects Zendesk?Only a Zendesk admin can approve the connection, because Dispute needs to read every agent's ratings and your close rules.
- "This link has expired"Links to connect Zendesk stay active for 7 days.
- "A Zendesk admin needs to approve this"You were signed in to Zendesk as an agent, not an admin.
- Why does Zendesk say Dispute can "create, edit, and delete tickets"?When you connect, Zendesk's approval screen lists what Dispute is allowed to do.
- My Zendesk address is my own domain (like support.acme.com)Dispute needs the zendesk.com address you sign in with, like acme.zendesk.com, not your help center's own domain.
- "Dispute lost its connection to Zendesk"This happens when access is removed in Zendesk, for example when the OAuth token was deleted or the admin who connected it left.
