Support Chops "This link has expired"
Links to connect Zendesk stay active for 7 days. After that, you need a new one.
Get a new link
- Open Dispute's Home tab in Slack.
- Click Connect Zendesk and follow the steps again.
If the page says Zendesk is already connected, there's nothing more to do. Someone else on your team finished the connection.
