What does management see?

Admins, and anyone your team adds, don't get every dispute. They only hear about the ones that need attention, plus a weekly summary.

What they get

• At risk: a dispute has 4 hours left and nobody has decided.
• Missed: a dispute expired without a decision.
• Weekly summary, every Monday morning: negative ratings, disputes, Not disputing, approved and denied, anything missed, and what's still waiting. If Dispute can't send it Monday morning, it goes out as soon as it can that week.

Admins also see the last 30 days' numbers on the Home tab.

Add people or turn off the weekly summary

1. Open Dispute's Home tab and click ⚙️ Team settings.
2. Next to Management alerts, click Change.
3. Add people, or turn the weekly summary off, and save.

Admins always get these alerts.
