Support Chops Help

Get help, report a problem or share an idea

You can reach the Support Chops team straight from Slack. You don't need to go through your admin.

Steps

  1. Open Dispute in Slack and click the Home tab.
  2. Click ❓ Help.
  3. Choose what you need:
    • Open help center: step-by-step answers (you're here).
    • Ask a question: a question, something not working, or a bug. We reply by email.
    • Share an idea: for Dispute, or for another tool your support team wishes existed. We read every one.

Your name, email, role and workspace are included so we can reply.
