Why can't I reply to Dispute?

Dispute works through buttons and forms, not chat, so its Messages tab is read-only. Slack shows "Sending messages to this app has been turned off."

What to do instead

• To dispute a rating: click Dispute in your message.
• For questions: ask your team lead or reviewer, or use Ask a question on Dispute's ❓ Help tab, or email hello@supportchops.com.
