Where do I find Dispute in Slack?

Messages from Dispute arrive as direct messages from the app.

Open Dispute

  • In the Slack sidebar, scroll to Apps and click Dispute. Then open the Messages tab.
  • Or search Dispute in the search bar at the top of Slack.

💡Click the ⭐ on the conversation to keep Dispute under Starred in your sidebar.

Don't see it?

  • It hasn't messaged you yet. Dispute only appears in your sidebar after it sends you something, like your first negative rating or a dispute to review. Until then, search Dispute at the top of Slack.
  • Refresh Slack (Cmd+R on Mac, Ctrl+R on Windows). If Slack was already open when your first message arrived, it sometimes doesn't show until you refresh.
  • The Apps directory won't show it. The page that lists apps you can add (Available / Approved by admin / Not available) is for finding new apps, not for apps your team already uses.
